The location was convenient to public transport.
Communication was confusing. Check-in was slow. I had to pay for early access. It took an hour to get to my room at 3 PM, despite previously completing paperwork.

strategic location soft cotton amazing shower
The location was strategic, just a short walk from the metro and jr. I found it very convenient being surrounded by stores and restaurants. The hotel provided free pjs made of soft cotton, a nice touch. The shower pressure was amazing too!
The centralized air conditioning was hard set for heating. The room got a bit warm and stuffy.

amazing ginza stay!
excellent location subway lines wonderful buffet discount metro passes
The location was excellent. It was so close to several subway lines and convenience stores. breakfast included a wonderful buffet with delicious options. i found the room to be a good size when considering typical japanese standards! the staff were helpful, arranged discount metro passes for me.
the bathroom plumbing had a slight issue, but it was eventually resolved.

convenient location transport links helpful staff unique charm
I found the location convenient for exploring. It was very close to public transport links (a definite plus!) and several dining options. The staff members were helpful. They provided quick assistance with my inquiries. The elevator's retro style and the lobby's festive decorations gave the hotel a unique charm.
The room was a bit small, and the air conditioning seemed to be set only for heating, making it a little warm.
