The location was convenient to public transport.
Communication was confusing. Check-in was slow. I had to pay for early access. It took an hour to get to my room at 3 PM, despite previously completing paperwork.

The location was near to many things. The room exceeded my expectations (though I didn't have particularly high hopes). The toilet was a wow.
Check-in was quite slow, and even though my room was ready, they did not allow an earlier check-in without extra payment. When I returned at 3 PM, a queue had formed for check-in, and I had to go through all the paperwork again, even though I had already done that beforehand. It took an hour to get to my room, even after having essentially checked in. The air conditioning system in my room was set to heat mode and could not be changed.

The location was strategic, just a short walk from the metro and jr. I found it very convenient being surrounded by stores and restaurants. The hotel provided free pjs made of soft cotton, a nice touch. The shower pressure was amazing too!
The centralized air conditioning was hard set for heating. The room got a bit warm and stuffy.

the room offered enough space to open a large suitcase comfortably. the bed was comfortable, ensuring good rest. the bathroom included all necessary amenities, well stocked for my stay.

The location was excellent. It was so close to several subway lines and convenience stores. breakfast included a wonderful buffet with delicious options. i found the room to be a good size when considering typical japanese standards! the staff were helpful, arranged discount metro passes for me.
the bathroom plumbing had a slight issue, but it was eventually resolved.
