quiet premisesexcellent staffcentral location
The hotel's location is convenient. I easily accessed transportation, various restaurants, and shopping (a real plus for my romantic getaway!). The staff helped me get my airport express tickets after I got a little lost. The hotel's cleanliness stood out and the premises were wonderfully quiet.
The room was a bit small, made figuring out the best spot for my suitcase a minor challenge.

small roomtrain noise
The "grand corner twin room non-smoking" felt smaller than expected. storage was a problem. I struggled to find space for my luggage. also, the noise from the nearby train station was noticeable at night (i needed earplugs).
