A Decent Hotel with a Convenient Location
convenient location easy access spacious room old furniture worn carpet ordinary breakfast
The hotel's location is very convenient. It has easy access to the train station. I found multiple dining options nearby. The room was spacious enough for my needs.
The furniture seemed a bit old. I noticed wear and tear on the carpets. The breakfast was acceptable but not excellent.

pillow type superior towels separate building great disappointment
Our superior twin room non-smoking included two types of pillows, memory foam, and duck and feather. The hotel provided bathrobes, pj's, outdoor and indoor slippers and towels. Their quality are SUPERIOR.
I think the gym and pool are in a separate building across the road. access cost about 2200 yen PER day per person. This fact causes GREAT disappointment, i feel.

Fab stay, i sure come back!
patient staff amazing food maintained room
The cafe area is pretty full always. That makes it real convenient for meetings, I believe. The hotel staff? Very patient, very hospitable. Food in the Chinese restaurant, is amazing. I like that there is also a French restaurant. a tepanyaki restaurant. Rooms are so well kept, I must applaud the housekeeping people.
I think the hotel feels a little dated. Some facilities need better maintenance for sure, it's my only complaint!

The hotel features three major restaurants plus a cafe area. I did see many options for diverse culinary tastes. There's a French Restaurant, a Chinese Restaurant, and even a Teppanyaki Restaurant. The lounge offers many choices.

train station bus transfer helpful location
the location was near the shimbashi station it made getting around easy i also found many eating places close by the limousine bus transfer from the airport was helpful i used it to get to and from the airport
the outside noise made it a little hard to sleep i could hear trains often
