yunita from bali and manado at reception was so lovely, the absolute best! service was really hospitable and its close to the subway. the bose speaker was fantastic, and i could bluetooth my spotify. it was amazing to listen to my own jazz!
my request for feather-free pillows was handle very poorly. the entire hotel has no feather-free options. they just wrapped towels in a pillowcase, and it was not acceptable for this hotel. one side of the bed seemed higher, felt a little weird.

The location was excellent!!! convenience stores were just around the corner. the staff were helpful. The breakfast selections were good too.
One very slight issue, i contacted the hotel before my arrival to ask for feather-free pillows. They told me the entire hotel brand does not offer feather-free options.

i was given a room on the second floor and half of the window was blocked by the hotel signboard making the room dark.

The hotel's location provided easy access to multiple train stations. Many restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were consistently helpful. They assisted with luggage transfer. I appreciated the clean, modern rooms. Rooms are equipped with necessities for travel.
I found the lack of on-site washing machines inconvenient. The hotel does not include toothbrushes in the room. You must pick them up from the front. I think this detail doesn't match the 4-star hotel rating.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location

I found the location very convenient as it is a short walk from the nearest station. It is even walking distance to the station. The hotel felt new, and I appreciated this. The room was very clean and cozy, and it was quite spacious for the standards. I could bring coffee from the breakfast area to my room.
I had to wait a little bit. There is no stairs to walk so the only way is to wait for it to arrive.

The Comfort Queen Room Non-Smoking featured contemporary decor and offered ample space for luggage. The room had blackout curtains that ensured a restful sleep, which I value. A work desk with easily accessible power outlets was also included.
