excellent kabukicho stay
central location quiet atmosphere helpful staff easy travel
The hotel was very central. I found it quiet with the windows closed. sunlight filled the room as my bed was next to the window. the staff was quite helpful. the location made it easy to get to a lot of fun places and the hotel is convenient for public transport, made travel easy.
the room was very small, but i think that's normal for this area.

central location, compact but functional
ideal location clean design ample space
i found the location ideal, close to shinjuku's heart, yet tucked away from the main bustle. the room design was thoughtful, and everything was spotlessly clean. as a solo traveler, the space was sufficient and quite comfortable. i dined at the main-floor restaurant several times and enjoyed the food and drinks.
the room got warm, and i struggled to regulate the temperature. i had to keep the window open. this meant it was very noisy, especially at night with nearby bars and clubs.

the staff was helpful at the front desk, assisting with check-in and providing directions. they ensured a smooth process, offering quick solutions when needed. the team demonstrated efficiency and was polite.

convenient stores shopping malls grocery stores outside noise check-in procedure staff preference
the hotel is close to the station. there are many shopping malls nearby. i found big grocery stores and restaurants nearby. getting snacks and necessities was easy for me.
the check-in procedure felt awkward to me. i noticed plenty of outside noise. it disturbed me throughout the night. the staff preferred to speak with someone else.

small room poor ventilation
the room size disappointed me. it felt quite cramped, even for just one person. the ventilation seemed inadequate. also, the noise from outside was noticeable throughout the night, difficult to sleep soundly.
