The location is quite convenient. I could easily walk to several convenience stores. The train station was also less than ten minutes away. The room itself was clean. I had ample space to fully open my suitcase, great.
The air conditioning had a slight smell. I felt the hotel should address this.

This hotel has fantastic access to the JR line, made travel VERY easy. It was simple to transfer to the Keisei line for my trip to Narita Airport. The hotel is also on the quieter side of the area, a great thing!

The receptionists were ALWAYS cute and helpful. The staff spoke English well. I had a REALLY positive experience with all the service interactions. It was easy to ask questions and get assistance.

Lots of great bars and places to eat surround the building. I found several spots just steps away. There was a nice variety, from casual eateries to more upscale restaurants. I really enjoyed the dining OPTIONS nearby.

My room was ALWAYS clean and tidied up each day. I had a nice view of the area from my window on the higher floor. The bathroom was a good size and well maintained. THE bed was comfortable.

the location is great near the center. staff seems friendly and helpful to me.
i didn't like that the room was reasonably sized, but it had quite a damp smell throughout. difficult it was to get more than two towels though we were four.

the location was awesome. it was a short walk to shinjuku station, but the area near the hotel was quiet and relaxing. staff were always helpful. i really appreciated the baggage storage service on my last day. it allowed me to explore without carrying my suitcase.
