practical and convenient stay

the staff accommodated my luggage early. i found the room practical, especially for working. it had necessary amenities. i only wished for a larger work desk for better comfort.
the hotel lacked provided amenities such as pajamas, which i didn't realize until checkout. it would have been nice to know upon check-in about available amenities. i slept in my street clothes.

the hotel reception was very helpful and friendly. a staff member assisted us with check-in. it was a smooth process, showing great service.

the room was spacious enough to fit two large suitcases. it provided ample space. the shower was multifunctional, with multiple nozzles for a spa-like experience. the water pressure was fantastic!!!

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
dusty ledge staff attitude
The location was convenient. It was easy to reach stations and various restaurants.
The cleanliness was not ideal. I noticed dust on the ledge above the bed and old trash under the bedside table (it was pretty gross). Another issue, the staff did not demonstrate the standard customer service etiquette. The check-in process was baffling due to the staff's curt attitude.

the location was great because it was close to many dining options
i was checked in by an employee who had a curt attitude it left a bad first impression i also found old trash under the bedside table there was a used pad in the sanitary bag in the bathroom housekeeping clearly cuts corners
