the location was great near stations. i walked to the main station quickly. the room had a fridge. the front desk had free tea and coffee, very helpful.
the bathroom fan made a whirring noise, even after the light switched off. it was persistent and slightly annoying.

convenient location friendly staff large room pleasant amenities
i found the location very convenient to two metro stations and tokyo station was a short walk. the staff was friendly and helpful. the triple room was surprisingly large and comfortable, which i appreciated. i was happy with amenities like the sweet honey tea.

cigarette smoke odor cramped bathroom
i booked a non-smoking room. upon arrival, the room had a strong cigarette smoke odor. i had to stay only one night. i did not complain, but the staff need to do a better job of enforcing their non-smoking policy. adding to the discomfort, the bathroom was very cramped. the toilet was positioned close to the walls. it left very little legroom

the room was small (i could barely open my suitcase). there was no wardrobe, and little space to store personal items. the price felt very overpriced, considering i was essentially paying for the central location.
