the onsen was a nice touch and felt quite relaxing after a day of walking.
The capsule itself felt smaller than expected, and i was disappointed by the lack of privacy. The curtain did little to block out noise or light from the hall.. i struggled to get a decent night's sleep.

i found many complimentary amenities including food plus drinks available. its location near the station was very convenient. the facility was clean and organized very well. i appreciated the helpful staff.
the public bath area lacked private shower facilities i had to use a communal bathing space, which might not suit everyone.

the capsules had comfortable bedding. the provided fan ensured adequate ventilation throughout the night. i found the sleeping pods warm, but the fan was useful. soundproofing was minimal.

the location is very convenient. the train station is just walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, i found them ready to assist with anything. the hotel was clean, so everything felt fresh.
no shoes are permitted anywhere on the hotel. this was inconvenient when i needed to grab something from my locker.

The hotel offers a free lounge that is always accessible. It is located very close to Shinjuku station. Free food like rice and curry is available. Free drinks include soda, coffee, tea, juice and alcohol (especially the whiskey!).
Ventilation in the lounge was a little poor.

I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. i found some hairs in my capsule between the mattress and the wall. also, the free drinks seemed questionable. The bottles were refilled with unknown alcohols. it.
