mixed experience at this hotel
train noise sound blocking
the hotel was clean with three bars available to guests
i had a problem with noise from the trains as the room faced the rail track the windows did not block sound well i woke up to noise

helpful staff spacious room bluetooth speakers bad breakfast garbage smell leftover food
the staff was excellent and hospitable. they made my anniversary extra special. staff was very helpful in helping get my luggages to the airport. the room was bigger than i thought it was going to be. i loved watching on the projector. another great thing was bluetooth speakers in the shower!
i did not care for the breakfast. i have stayed here before and it is better than in the past. i would be happier with an omelet option. i do not like peas and eggplant with my breakfast. those items come across as leftover from the night before dinner service. there is a smell in the lobby and downstairs that smells of garbage or sewage. it was there every day and is really strong.

easy access nice addition
the room featured a projector that connected easily. in-shower speakers were a nice addition to the bathroom. the location was lively each night and close to the railway. drink vouchers were provided for the bar.
the reception is on the second floor, and there is a dj set every night in that area so passing through the party to get to the room felt awkward.

great location bathroom amenities suitcase scale
The location was GREAT, very close to the station. The room had many bathroom amenities available for use. I also appreciated the suitcase scale available !
The night light next to the bed was strangely placed. I couldn't adjust it easily.

I found the location convenient. Many restaurants are across the street. It was a short walk to the metro. The staff was bilingual and helpful. I received a welcome drink upon check-in. The room included a high-quality Bluetooth speaker and a projector.
The hotel required using two elevators to reach our floor. The setup was inconvenient.
