location is OKAY, but there are issues
smelly towels safety pin
The room felt old. the towels smelled LIKE soup, i am unsure IF they washed them in the kitchen. i also found a safety pin under the bed. I almost hurt myself.

thin pillows poor breakfast
The location was acceptable. The metro was very accessible.
the room felt quite cramped. the air conditioner emitted a strange odor and the pillows were too thin for my liking. the breakfast quality was definitely not great, IT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT.

convenient location with excellent service
ideal location helpful staff sufficient breakfast luggage storage
The hotel is ideally located near a jr station and a 7-eleven (super convenient for late-night snacks). i found the complimentary breakfast sufficient to start my day. the staff provided assistance at all times and were very helpful. i appreciated the option to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. It really made my travel logistics easier.
the pillows were a bit too low for my liking, even with a second one.

the hotel has laundry facilities available needing to wash clothes . complimentary coffee, water, tea, and lemon water were available throughout the day. luggage storage is also available before check-in and after check-out for added convenience.

the breakfast area offers a decent selection of food options. it includes items such as sausages, scrambled eggs, rice, soups, and vegetables. complimentary drinks are also provided, which i thought was a nice touch.

the staff are very polite and friendly. speak english well. they consistently greet guests with a pleasant smile. their helpfulness really enhanced the overall experience (i was impressed).
