The staff were very helpful and professional, they answered all my questions patiently.
The room was far too small. There was no room for luggage, and it was hard to move around the bathroom. Coffee was far too over priced. I found it disappointing.

the staff were professional and kind. the area is near metro and jr stations.
The curtains did a terrible job blocking sunlight, so i woke up early. the room was also smaller than i anticipated. I struggled to open my luggage. it. I wish i'd booked elsewhere.

I stayed in a minimal double room and found it lovely. the location was convenient, close to many subway stations. It was very easy to get around. the hotel had nice quality amenities. I especially liked the bathroom.

I was delighted by the minimalist design. the staff were respectful. the location worked perfectly for me. It was very convenient. the bar and restaurant within the building offered a wonderful escape when i was tired of exploring.

small roomawkward step
the room felt very small even though i knew it would be compact it was still disappointing the lack of space made it difficult to properly unpack or move around the bathroom had a step up that i found awkward and potentially dangerous especially at night the window faced another building so i had no view at all i was expecting a bit more light.
