the staff at the reception desk were friendly and greeted me. i found several shops nearby, including daimarU and yaesu underground mall. the hotel is also close to the station, a short walk away.
The bedroom was cramped, the smallest i have ever seen. the bathroom was super small. My tall husband struggled using it. complimentary water bottles WERE NOT provided, disappointing for the price.

the location was really convenient as it was just opposite the station. i found several shops nearby (which was great for last-minute souvenir shopping). the staff was helpful and polite.
the room was very compact, not super comfortable for two people. i also found the bed to be quite hard and the pillow very thin (not the most comfortable combination).

i found the location quite convenient, especially its proximity to the train station. the staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. the hotel offered complimentary luggage storage, a helpful service for late departures.
The room i had was quite small, barely enough space for two large suitcases to open. the bed was uncomfortably firm. It seemed like sleeping on a hard surface. the breakfast selection was limited, and i wished there were more options.

The hotel is near the station, this made traveling simple. The staff was helpful. Hand warmers proved useful. Pajamas were also available and i used them.
The bathroom was quite small. It felt a bit tight for two people.

The hotel provides vending machines. They are on-site for quick purchases. I noticed ice machines were accessible, very useful for keeping drinks cold. There were also laundry facilities available for washing clothes.

Breakfast featured great variety i observed. The breakfast area was clean. I appreciated a wide selection of food items. It made for a satisfying way to start the day.

The check-in process was easy, and i didn't experienced delays. The staff provided good service . They greeted us when we walked into the hotel.
