noise restrictions mildew smell
the location was great, near convenience stores and shinjuku-sanchome station.
I was disappointed by the lack of ventilation in the individual pods (it got quite stuffy). the noise restrictions were not enforced. Someone wore heels, another wheeled luggage, and others had loud conversations. the showers smelled of mildew, unpleasant. there was also a camera in the pod, recording from shoulders to face which i wasn't too happy about.

Superb Capsule Experience!
clean environment hygiene items central location large lockers
I found this place clean and quiet. Such a relief! They gave me fresh pajamas and basic hygiene items daily. This location is awesome, really central to everything I wanted to see and do. The big lockers made storing my stuff simple. I didn't worry about my luggage at all.
The elevator seemed slow. There was only one elevator available, and sometimes there was a wait during busy times. It wasn't too much of a hassle, though.

The staff remained available by telephone when needed, this ensured support when required. Daily provision of pajamas and towels added a convenient touch to my stay. I liked this place.

The capsule was spacious, allowing me to sit upright comfortably. I really appreciated that. Dimensions felt generous for a capsule. Height was roughly 97cm, width about 107cm, depth stretched to 200cm.

clean place friendly staff cozy capsule convenient amenities
the entire place shines with clean, i found staff was so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the capsule was super cozy and cleaned every day. pajamas, slippers, towels, and even a toothbrush appear daily, it made everything so convenient. i loved the usb charging ports both in the lounge and inside my capsule.
the elevators seemed a bit slow during rush hours, i had to wait a little longer sometimes.

lockers and showers occupy the lower floors. this does means many trips up and down, i noticed it during peak times. there is one elevator in the building for all guests.

the hotel provide fresh towels, bed linens, and toiletries every day. they offer an opt-out option, it is eco-friendly. pajamas are available, also daily change of towels and bedsheets included.

Fantastic Capsule Experience
clean facility comfortable pod secure entrance vibrant environment
I found the facilities beautiful. It was comfortable and clean. The lockers are near the hygiene area. The entrance has a QR code for residents, ensuring safety. I felt completely secure, especially with the women-only rooming. The outside environment is vibrant.
I experienced a slight inconvenience with the elevators, as they were slow during rush hours.

The capsule itself offered plenty of space and included a charging station. A night light provided sufficient illumination without disturbing sleep. The capsule had a privacy screen, offering a secure closure from the inside.

Fresh towels and pyjamas were available daily. The hotel provided a new toothbrush and toothpaste each day. The reception staff responded instantly to requests (even late at night!).

The location was great. It was close to the train station. I appreciated having fresh towels and pajamas provided every day. The shower and locker area stayed very clean. It also had good amenities (I especially liked the slippers!).

The location is very convenient. Nearby train stations offered easy access to various parts of the area. The provided sleepwear each night was a good touch. I felt okay all time with the women's-only setup and nearby convenience stores.
Lockers were quite cramped. There was not much space for larger luggage. Beds felt a little HARD to me. I could hear other guests coughing, even with earplugs.
