the location was great, near convenience stores and shinjuku-sanchome station.
I was disappointed by the lack of ventilation in the individual pods (it got quite stuffy). the noise restrictions were not enforced. Someone wore heels, another wheeled luggage, and others had loud conversations. the showers smelled of mildew, unpleasant. there was also a camera in the pod, recording from shoulders to face which i wasn't too happy about.

I found this place clean and quiet. Such a relief! They gave me fresh pajamas and basic hygiene items daily. This location is awesome, really central to everything I wanted to see and do. The big lockers made storing my stuff simple. I didn't worry about my luggage at all.

the entire place shines with clean, i found staff was so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the capsule was super cozy and cleaned every day. pajamas, slippers, towels, and even a toothbrush appear daily, it made everything so convenient. i loved the usb charging ports both in the lounge and inside my capsule.

I found the facilities beautiful. It was comfortable and clean. The lockers are near the hygiene area. The entrance has a QR code for residents, ensuring safety. I felt completely secure, especially with the women-only rooming. The outside environment is vibrant.

The location is very convenient. Nearby train stations offered easy access to various parts of the area. The provided sleepwear each night was a good touch. I secure hotel with the women's-only setup and nearby convenience stores.
Lockers were quite cramped. There was not much space for larger luggage. Beds felt a little HARD to me. I could hear other guests coughing, even with earplugs.
