clean environment helpful staff bedding
The hotel offered a modern and clean environment. Staff were very helpful. They assisted with our luggage. Rooms featured lovely light and included regularly replenished bedding. I appreciated the bath salt station in the lobby where I could create custom blends each night.
The area was somewhat quiet. It was not very busy every night.

amazing stay with fantastic service!
helpful staff luggage service spacious room convenient location
the location is super convenient near two train stations and a 24-hour grocery store across the street i found so many dining options within a few blocks. the staff were helpful giving directions calling taxis and even storing luggage after checkout. they offer a luggage delivery service though you need to arrange it a day in advance. the room was spacious for a japanese hotel it included a moderately sized bathroom.
i noticed the hotel didn't provide body lotion which was a minor inconvenience but easily resolved with a quick trip to the nearby grocery store.

LOVED the Hamacho Experience!

I REALLY liked that I could grab amenities whenever I wanted in the lobby. It was so convenient! The staff happily helped with taxis and luggage transfer, made getting around easy. Every time I returned to my room, the bedding and pajamas were neatly made up, what a treat!
The western food options at breakfast weren't AMAZING.

The hotel provides DIY bath salts each night. It is stationed in the reception lobby. Greenery is abundant on the exterior and the design is contemporary and elegant. Daily housekeeping is provided for all guests staying at the hotel.

The staff is FRIENDLY and cute at all times. I needed help with luggage and taxis and they were happy to assist me. The staff are very helpful and the service personnel are super nice.

amazing hotel experience
bath salts express system
i loved that the hotel provided bath salts scents and aromatic oils i was greeted with a beautiful lobby scent every evening after exploring the city. express check-out system worked great it saved time on my departure.
towels were not great the hotel had no body lotion i expected these essential amenities to be readily available.
