fantastic stay!

i loved the free snacks between 5-10 pm they were so yummy. my girls were thrilled with the hotel pajamas. the shower was amazing too it had three different heads. i also appreciated the washing machine it was a surprise bonus.
the air conditioning system was a little tricky to control i sometimes felt too cold or too hot but it was only a minor thing.

the hotel is in a very convenient spot near the train station making it easy to get around and it's also near shops and restaurants so everything is super accessible.

the room was very clean and pretty spacious it comfortably fit our family and i was happy to find pajamas in the room along with a toothbrush and toothpaste for us too.

the front desk staff was helpful they were really good too assist us with directions and recommendations they were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed.

i loved the free snacks and drinks available in the guest lounge there was a nice variety and it was so convenient to grab a quick bite or a drink especially after a long day of sightseeing.

Excellent Stay Near Tokyo Station

The hotel is very close to the train station, accessible via an underground passage. I appreciated the two bathrooms in our connecting rooms as well as the five comfortable beds. The lounge on the second floor offered complimentary snacks and coffee, a welcome break during the day. My children especially loved the sake samples and occasional food offerings such as pasta and salads.
The breakfast started a bit late at 7am. We were eager to start our days early due to jet lag, so we only had breakfast twice . I suggest grabbing breakfast outside the hotel for a cheaper option.

The staff was attentive and very pleasant (i must say, especially at the reception desk). They promptly addressed requests and provided helpful information. Their dedication contributed positively to our stay.

I found the hotel's proximity to the train station useful. the staff was friendly and efficient. my room had slippers, pajamas, and water. I found these additions thoughtful. i particularly appreciated the excellent water pressure in the shower. It was a great way to relax after a long day.

the breakfast had a rotation of main dishes and proteins it was hard to know what would be served. the room cleaning was minimal if you wanted bed sheets changed you had to ask
