The hotel is very conveniently located near Tokyo Station. A 7-Eleven on the first floor provides easy access to snacks and drinks (and even an ATM!). The staff were very helpful and the amenities were excellent.
The room I had felt a little dark.

The hotel is within walking distance of Tokyo Station, only a six-minute walk. A nearby subway station is also very close, only one minute away, offering even more convenient transportation options for exploring the city.

The toilet and shower area were very well designed (I really liked the layout). The beds were comfortable, which contributed to a restful stay after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. I really appreciated this.

i found the hotel very conveniently located near the train station. many cafes and restaurants were nearby, also a lot of shopping places at the station. subway stations for two metro lines were accessible.
the amenities felt a little limited..

the walls seemed thin i could hear every footstep from the room above me it wasn't exactly peaceful. the superior double room was smaller than i anticipated it felt cramped with two people. the bed also wasn't easily accessible for the second person sleeping there

The hotel has a convenience store on the first floor. This was very useful! It is close to the metro and train station, an easy walk! I found the bathroom really good. I loved it. The staff was very friendly!
I wish the hotel had announced the free amenities available near the front desk during check-in. I only noticed them upon checkout!

the hotel was a short walk from tokyo station making it easily accessible. many food outlets were within walking distance too. the staff were polite and the check-in and check-out process was simple for me.
Soundproofing in the room could have been better. I could hear footsteps from the floor above.

decent locationcramped roomsmaller room
the location was decent for getting around, i suppose. it was near some train lines.
The room felt cramped. with two suitcases open, it was hard to move around. i had to constantly shift so my partner could pass. Honestly, it was annoying.
