I found the location very convenient! it was close to the station and plenty of restaurants were nearby, though the parking was expensive. the room had various amenities. the massage chair in the room was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day.
the room layout with the massage chair limited available space, a bit inconvenient! stains on mirrors and stray hairs indicated cleanliness issues upon arrival.

The hotel is near shinbashi station. It provides great access to jr lines, yurikamome line, and asakusa line, very convenient. don quijote store is just around the corner. This makes shopping for gifts and daily necessities easy.

the massage chair in my room was a welcome amenity.
The shower was not properly cleaned. I noticed soap scum in the corners. additionally, i found black mold on the door frame. i reported this to reception, requesting it be cleaned during the scheduled cleaning service, but it was not addressed.

The location is very convenient. It's close to the main shopping area and subway stations. The massage chair in the room was a WONDERFUL surprise after a long day of sightseeing. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast offered varied and good quality options.
The room was quiet, though I noticed housekeeping seemed a little haphazard. My belongings were moved somewhat erratically. I did not appreciate that.
