I found the location VERY convenient, with the Asakusa Line train station so close. A family mart is connected to the hotel, that's convenient. The hotel also provided skincare, it's considerate.
It caused some delays, especially during peak hours, and I REALLY noticed it.

The staff were polite and professional. They provided luggage storage, which helped manage travel logistics, and always offered smiles upon arrival after a long day of sightseeing. I APPRECIATED this.

I found the staff were very helpful with directions and luggage storage. the family mart on the first floor proved very useful for quick snacks. i liked the complimentary happy hour. It offered a nice chance to relax after a day of sightseeing.

the location was convenient, especially for accessing train travel.
my room smelled strongly of cigarettes, despite being designated as non-smoking. i could also smell the neighbors smoking. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and the bathroom had mold and a bad smell (it was really unpleasant).
