I found the location VERY convenient, with the Asakusa Line train station so close. A family mart is connected to the hotel, that's convenient. The hotel also provided skincare, it's considerate.
The elevators were a little slow, sometimes both traveling in the same direction. It caused some delays, especially during peak hours, and I REALLY noticed it.

The staff were polite and professional. They provided luggage storage, which helped manage travel logistics, and always offered smiles upon arrival after a long day of sightseeing. I APPRECIATED this.

Complimentary coffee and juice were available all day, a nice touch. A happy hour provided additional drink options, and it was a relaxing way to wind down, especially given the daily offerings. This INCLUDED snacks too.

The room featured slippers and a shower cap. The bathroom was spacious for accommodation of this size. My room cleanliness was excellent, and it helped me relax after a day of traveling and exploring.

I found the staff were very helpful with directions and luggage storage. the family mart on the first floor proved very useful for quick snacks. i liked the complimentary happy hour. It offered a nice chance to relax after a day of sightseeing.
the elevators were sometimes slow, and i experienced a slight delay during peak hours.

inconsistent experience
cigarette smell moldy bathroom
the location was convenient, especially for accessing train travel.
my room smelled strongly of cigarettes, despite being designated as non-smoking. i could also smell the neighbors smoking. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and the bathroom had mold and a bad smell (it was really unpleasant).
