I found the staff very professional and friendly. the hotel is close to public transport stops (trams and metro). i received a cake for my birthday. This was a kind gesture. the building is lovely inside and out. It looks well maintained.
the tea and coffee machine provided only two coffees and two teas per day, insufficient. the towels in the shower area felt a bit thin. i did not find the toilet paper of high quality.

The breakfast buffet included many options. i liked that i could get fresh microgreens (very fresh, indeed). hot coffee was served right away to my table. This was appreciated.

My room was clean. i had a great view of the votive church each morning. the location is excellent. Public transport stops are very close. the staff were friendly. They even gave me a birthday cake! it was a kind gesture.
the fan on the ac did not run very high, so the room was a little stuffy.

The breakfast included a covered terrace. i enjoyed sitting outside! the hotel has a parking garage steps away. car rentals are also possible there. It's quite convenient.

My room included a safe that was easy to use. there was also a coffee machine in the room! the key is bulky, but i left that in reception each time i went out. The reception is open all day and night!
