nice decor well kept room good shower helpful staff
The lobby features very nice decor. I found the room well maintained. It included a really good shower. Every staff member i met was helpful. They arranged an extra night for me.
The stairs was steep. I was on the top floor. I felt exhausted reaching my room.

The location was GREAT. the staff was also friendly and helpful. They arranged an extra pillow quickly. I appreciated that.
The stairs were quite steep. It could be an issue for some guests.

the room was spacious i found beautiful furniture i observed elegant reception the staff was friendly. security doors were present i felt safe. the location is central i liked red light district proximity.
i had no air conditioner remote control i had to ask for it at front office.

fine lobby helpful staff quick arrangement
i found the location perfect. the lobby was fine as i walked in. every staff member i encountered was helpful and friendly i felt charmed. the staff arranged an extra night at 2 am and sorted it right away.
the basics reminded me of they were missing. there was no proper place to sit in my room, except the bed. also there were no tea or coffee making facilities, which i'd expect.

great location friendly staff security door comfy bed
the location was great, it was close to everything i wanted to see. i found the rooms clean and the staff friendly. the security at the doors. the bed was comfy to sleep on and looks recently refurbished.
the stairs were steep, so carrying my luggage was difficult. there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
