the location is definitely a plus, close to everything. i appreciate the central location.
The room felt cramped. It barely fit the bed. the digital concierge was more of a hassle than a help. I asked for ice, and the virtual assistant just couldn't physically provide it. the lack of real staff at night also felt a bit unsafe.

This time I booked a double room as I didn't like the size of the single bedroom on my first stay. I found great improvement in my whole experience. I felt comfortable in a double bedroom. The bathroom was newly renovated and VERY clean!!!

I found the location great , near many restaurants and shops. A short walk at night revealed charming open restaurants , also with fine views. I left my bracelet in my room while rushing to the airport, but the staff responded quickly without extra effort. They arranged to ship it to me, I felt it was efficient.
The room temperature was too hot , and I could not adjust it using the thermostat on the radiator.

The Double Room had very comfortable beds and pillows . A super cool self-check-in with a hologram concierge was available , it offered modern convenience. The room also included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay , it was a thoughtful addition.

The staff was very friendly and helpful , quick to provide assistance when needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and smoothly , which I appreciated after long travels. The service enhanced the quality of my stay , I felt welcomed.

The breakfast area overlooked a lush garden , it provided a pleasant view. The selection was very nice with good options , also including healthy choices. I enjoyed starting my day with a nice meal in a beautiful setting , it was lovely.

The hotel is located close to a tram , providing easy access to various locations. Many activities are close by in a great neighborhood , there is much to explore. The proximity to Vondelpark and the city center is very convenient , I appreciate the accessibility.

The location proved convenient for exploring the area.
The room cleanliness was unacceptable, with hairs present in the room and dust in several places. There was no air conditioning, and the room became uncomfortably hot. I had a very poor experience with their online support. I never received a response when double-checking the legitimacy of their emails, potentially compromised.

the staff allowed us to work from the restaurant after breakfast service. they also allowed us to check in earlier. the location is well positioned for exploring the area. the staff were very friendly.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear footsteps on the staircase. doors closing were also audible. i could also hear the neighbors in the next room.
