I loved how close it was to everything! the hotel is near the bus stop going to and from the airport. there is also a supermarket next door and many restaurants down the street near the park. the staff was beyond lovely. I really appreciated her recommendations for sightseeing. she helped me decide what i wanted to do and booked activities (what a thoughtful thing to do!).
our room was a bit stuffy (the ventilation fan was not really working).

The reception offers free coffee, tea, and cocoa from a machine available 24/7, a nice touch that saved me money. the staff also helped me order a taxi to the train station upon arrival. they offered help with museum tickets too. I thought this was great.

The staff was very helpful. They stored our bags until our train departed, really useful. the 24-hour reception had friendly staff present at all hours, ensuring someone was always available. the staff resolved my request for a kettle instantly.

the room was a triple room and it had great space for luggage i loved that the bathroom included two separate sinks it made getting ready so much faster the temperature control was super efficient too. the hotel had easy transportation links to the city center it was really convenient for exploring i found a supermarket right next door this was helpful for snacks and drinks. the staff was very friendly and helpful especially with directions i had no problem finding good restaurants nearby the hotel.
the stairs were a bit narrow it required extra caution when carrying bags.

The bed was indeed super comfy! the room was clean and i found the size of the room great for what i needed. the location was really close to all the attractions. i also liked having a supermarket nearby. It made getting snacks easy.

non-functioning keysrude staff
My room faced an outdoor passage where people smoked. i couldn't open the window or curtains because i would have been in full view of everyone. also, i had several issues with the door keys. I was stuck outside my room for half an hour with my belongings. it seemed the access cards rarely worked and the staff didn't apologize, instead acting cold and annoyed by the situation (i found that quite rude).
