great help jacuzzi tub rainfall shower comfortable bed
the staff provided great help with directions. my room had a jacuzzi style tub with jets (it was very relaxing). the room included a rainfall shower too. the room also had a large, comfortable bed.
the housekeeping service was a bit late on one day.

the hotel is close to public transport and local amenities. the bus stop to the airport is just around the corner from the entrance. this made traveling very easy (i enjoyed it a lot).

the junior suite had a great size and was very clean upon arrival. the bathroom had double sinks, convenient. there was also body lotion among the toiletries offered.

the staff was super helpful. the location was quite near the museums. the room was large enough for us.
The bed was not comfortable. the wifi was terrible. It made planning the next day hard. the stairs to the annex were steep.

convenient location attentive service generous room easy access
I found the location quite convenient. Close to many shops. The staff offered Really good service, very attentive. The room's size was generous. The big windows let in great light. The location provides easy walking access to shops and museums.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. A bit MORE variety would be nice.
