clean room helpful staff
the hotel is near transportation, shops, and attractions. the room was very clean and had all necessities. the reception was available 24 hours a day (very helpful for late arrivals).

kind staff early luggage storage clean room
the staff at the front desk are really kind. i arrived early and they stored my luggage. my beautiful double room was very clean and spacious.
there ARE no elevators, so be aware if you have heavy luggage.

prime location king-size bed helpful staff
the location provided easy access to nearby attractions. the room included a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom, a definite plus. staff promptly addressed any requests i had, like an extra pillow or information regarding nearby dining.
the staircase was a little steep without a lift.

The staff were available at all hours to assist with requests. they were attentive, addressing inquiries regarding local attractions with great care and detail. Their attentiveness was AMAZING!!!

The room was well-kept with daily housekeeping services. the included amenities were functional and in good condition. i found the wifi connection to be stable and sufficiently fast, even during peak hours.

central location luggage storage small window poor plumbing
The location was quite central. I found it easy to get to many popular spots. They also stored our luggage after checkout (i thought it was very helpful).
The room had a small window high up the wall. I couldn't see out of it. the sink didn't drain well (it left scum behind).
