terrible soundproofing homeless people
the apartment was clean and well-equipped, it suited my needs just fine.
The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything happening outside and in neighboring apartments. this made it very difficult to sleep. the location, while accessible to the city, had many homeless people and quite a bit of waste around the hotel.

incomprehensible oven missing condiments
the location proved quite convenient. it was close to the central station and various shops.
Upon arrival, the promised amenities fell short. A working oven was a key factor in choosing this place. i found the oven utterly incomprehensible. Instructions would have been really helpful. a few basic condiments also would have been a great help as buying them for a short stay felt wasteful.

Acceptable location, cleanliness ISSUES
stuffy room dirty fingerprints
The location was near the bus stop so access to the city was simple.
The apartment felt too hot and stuffy. Windows in the bedrooms don't open so there was no air circulation. The floors and surfaces needed a clean as they were dusty and there were dirty fingerprints on the windowed walls facing the terrace.

a stay with some issues
narrow stairs clogged shower drain
The location was acceptable. It was within walking distance of the train station.
The apartment had some significant issues. the stairs to reach it were very narrow. This made carrying luggage difficult. i found trash from previous guests. The shower drain was clogged. i expected better cleanliness and maintenance.
