the staff was really helpful with directions. breakfast included a good variety of foods. i found the location central to many attractions, that was really useful.
The stairs were VERY steep. It was difficult with luggage. my room was not very clean. I saw some dust. the street noise was loud. It was hard to sleep SOMETIMES.

I appreciated the hotel's great location close to the train and easily accessible. The staff members were really nice and helpful . Their attitude made me smile just at the entrance. I also liked that the room was warm, cute, and comfortable.
The room and the shared bathroom were very much run down. I noticed that the windows were not soundproof at all with the tram passing in front. The bed was missing one leg. This made it quite wobbly.

Convenient Stay with Good Transport Links

The location worked well. It was near the tram stop across the road. A grocery store downstairs was a useful amenity. The personnel was friendly, and they gave good service.
I'm afraid the hotel potentially has a bed bug problem. I was nervous to come as there's been a review one month prior that the bed bugs were seen in one of the room. I did a through check when I came in and found no signs of bed bugs on the bedsheets. I woke up with awful bites and been dealing with extreme itching. I don't recommend visiting this hotel until they issue and official statement on whether the bed bugs have been dealt with.

the room was quite nice and big. it also had a bathroom sink inside. breakfast was simple but okay for a short trip! the breakfast room was bright and appealing.
the bedsheets and pillowcase were dirty. thankfully there were no bedbugs.
