cozy canalside retreat
central location clean sheets coffeeshop
the central location allowed easy access to explore local attractions and it was a delight. the room provided everything i needed for my stay including clean sheets and towels daily. i appreciated the proximity to a perfect coffeeshop and various food places nearby
the room i stayed in felt rather small making it difficult to fully unpack and move around comfortably with my suitcase

the hotel is nestled on an island between canals offering a charming environment and great access to the amsterdam's old town. tram stops nearby provide easy access to central station and other destinations around town. i loved the convenience and scenic setting.

several food places surround the hotel including cozy coffee shops and restaurants that cater to a variety of tastes. there is a perfect coffee shop right next door perfect for morning treats. i was never far from a satisfying meal.

central and convenient stay
helpful staff central location
the staff was helpful with directions. the location was quite central, near many shops. i appreciated having coffee shops just steps away. we found many restaurants within a very short walking distance.
my room was in the basement, and it had a noticeable damp smell. i found it difficult to store my belongings in the closet due to this odor.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee from an espresso machine until 12:00. fresh towels were provided daily, a super appreciated service. the hotel is close to many forms of transport like trams, buses, and metro.

friendly staff convenient location missing elevator small room
I found the staff very friendly (they were always smiling!). The location was also very convenient. I was near many restaurants and shops.
There was no elevator, so getting to my room on the upper floors with luggage was difficult. The room was quite small. There was not much space to move around once my luggage was inside.

central location public transportation friendly staff small room steep stairs elevator absence
the location is very central I could easily reach many attractions. public transportation was close which was very useful. the staff was friendly they provided assistance when needed.
the room was quite small it barely had space for luggage. the stairs were steep i had some difficulty climbing them. i found the lack of an elevator inconvenient.

mixed feelings about this STAY
small room noise problem
the location was convenient with restaurants nearby.
the room felt cramped because it was very small. i struggled with noise at night it came from nearby clubs. also, the lack of an elevator was AN issue with luggage.
