The location was very convenient for local attractions and transport links. It made getting around easy. Staff allowed an early check-in. They were also very friendly and kind. I really appreciated their help with my luggage. It made a big difference given the stairs.
This made carrying luggage to the upper floors quite difficult.

The hotel is situated near many restaurants, with a range of dining options. The tram station is very close by, with easy access to various parts of the city. it's a very walkable area too.

The staff members were receptive and accommodating throughout my stay. They assisted with check-in, luggage storage, and also provided helpful information about the surrounding area. the team.

The shared bathroom situation worked well as the toilet is in a separate room from the shower. This arrangement avoided any conflict and allowed for more efficient use of the facilities by multiple guests. IT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

i appreciated the shared bathroom setup, where the toilet was separate from the shower. this arrangement allowed for simultaneous use without inconvenience. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to a tram station. i found many restaurants nearby.
the stairs were steep and narrow, especially challenging with luggage. this could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Centrally Located, but Some Issues
central locationinsufficient fan
The location was quite central to everything. It was easy to get around from there.
The room was quite hot and the fan did little to alleviate the heat. I also doubt room service changed the sheets . The room was not clean.
