Perfect Spot Near Transport

I found the location superb, very near public transport options. A balcony was a lovely extra. I often sat there watching everything. The bed provided great comfort, and the central heating kept the room warm (a real plus in the evenings).
I experienced a small issue. The room lacked soundproofing. This led to some noise disturbances.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple transport links, including trams and metro lines. This setup makes travel around the area simple. The availability of luggage storage after check-out was also very useful for me.

Staff members seemed friendly and cute, always ready to assist with directions. I needed information about local attractions, and they provided helpful tips. The team looked after my suitcase after I checked out (which i appreciated).

My triple room included a coffee maker and a kettle. It also had a hairdryer and central heating. The beds felt comfortable for sleeping (I especially liked the clean sheets).

the room included a fridge that was great for keeping water cold, especially with the warm weather. fresh towels were provided daily, and the bins were emptied each day while i was out.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for my needs. The location was good with a metro station just a short walk away. I found it easy to walk to the city center in about 20 minutes.
The elevator was out of service. I had to use the steep and narrow stairs. The mattresses in my room had some stains. I found multiple red spots on my skin, which could indicate bed bugs, though I am not sure.
