Perfect Spot Near Transport
convenient location lovely balcony comfortable bed
I found the location superb, very near public transport options. A balcony was a lovely extra. I often sat there watching everything. The bed provided great comfort, and the central heating kept the room warm (a real plus in the evenings).
I experienced a small issue. The room lacked soundproofing. This led to some noise disturbances.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple transport links, including trams and metro lines. This setup makes travel around the area simple. The availability of luggage storage after check-out was also very useful for me.

Staff members seemed friendly and cute, always ready to assist with directions. I needed information about local attractions, and they provided helpful tips. The team looked after my suitcase after I checked out (which i appreciated).

My triple room included a coffee maker and a kettle. It also had a hairdryer and central heating. The beds felt comfortable for sleeping (I especially liked the clean sheets).

A clean and well-located stay
clean room friendly staff
I appreciated the clean and tidy room. The staff was friendly.. The hotel also had great transport links to the centre, convenient. I liked having a balcony for some fresh air.

convenient location friendly staff clean towels basement room tiny room missing curtain
the location was convenient. trams were right outside, and a metro was close. the staff was friendly. i got clean towels each time the room was cleaned. everyday cleaning was appreciated.
i booked a regular room. it ended up in the basement. the room felt tiny. the window was small, and it lacked a curtain.

cold water fresh towels
the room included a fridge that was great for keeping water cold, especially with the warm weather. fresh towels were provided daily, and the bins were emptied each day while i was out.
the walls seemed quite thin so i could hear other guests.

Location provided access to transport links. The bed was comfortable. Staff demonstrated friendly, helpful behavior. The room was clean. Fresh towels was after each cleaning.
The elevator experienced malfunctions. This situation made navigating floors with luggage difficult.

convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed small room broken elevator upper floor
the location was convenient for using public transport. trams and metro lines were close. the staff was helpful with directions. the bed was comfortable enough, i was able to sleep okay.
my room was quite small and cramped. it wasnt ideal for longer stays. the elevator wasnt working, so i had to use the stairs. i stayed on an upper floor, so it was difficult.

comfortable room good location metro station out of service elevator stained mattress possible bedbugs
The room was comfortable and spacious enough for my needs. The location was good with a metro station just a short walk away. I found it easy to walk to the city center in about 20 minutes.
The elevator was out of service. I had to use the steep and narrow stairs. The mattresses in my room had some stains. I found multiple red spots on my skin, which could indicate bed bugs, though I am not sure.
