transport links friendly staff comfy beds
i really loved the location. major transport links were close. the staff were so friendly, i just loved them. the beds were comfy, i slept great!

the location was very convenient i could easily walk to many attractions the room had english tv channels i found this useful for relaxing in the evening the staff was friendly and helpful the free coffee and tea at the bar was a nice perk
the stairs were steep it was difficult to carry luggage up

the hotel is in a surprisingly quiet area next to the canal it is very close to major attractions and numerous bars i could reach everything on foot with ease from this spot.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea at the bar between 9am and 11am it provided a nice opportunity to interact with other guests the bar area was clean and well maintained.

central location helpful staff free coffee
the hotel is close to major attractions. it is also near bars (which is a plus for me). the staff is helpful. i liked that coffee and tea are free at the hotel's bar.
the stairs to the rooms are narrow. they are steep too. i had to keep that in mind (with my luggage).

the staff helped me call a taxi multiple times. it rained so i could not walk to my destination. i think the staff is very friendly and the service is great (i believe it).

the location proved convenient. it was a short walk to many attractions and dining options (this made exploring simple). the staff offered excellent recommendations for activities. the view of the canal at night was also beautiful.

the location is super central, its just a short walk from centraal station. english tv channels, this was awesome! friendly staff called a taxi for me when i needed it.
the room felt a little too small. i think the towels looked pretty dated. there was no immediate hot water in the shower, i waited a bit.

a very pleasant stay
great communication easy check-in convenient location safe room
The reception staff had great communication. They were very helpful when i arrived later than expected. i found the self check-in convenient after 8pm, it was a great help. the location provided easy access to many hotspots, and i liked the calmer atmosphere of the area. i safety was good in my modest, but just right, room.
The stairs were very narrow and steep. It was a little difficult managing my luggage, something i should have been prepared for, but still caught me off guard.

The double room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very refreshing. i also found the closet well-sized and practical. It easily accommodated my luggage and hanging clothes.

The breakfast area offered fresh pastries and a good selection of local cheeses each morning. I thought that was a nice touch. coffee and tea were available all day, very convenient.
