The location was PERFECT, I could not have asked for better access to transportation. Luggage storage was available which was a HUGE help before check-in. The front desk team were SUPER helpful with directions. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the comfortable bed too.
The female staff member seemed rude. After I complained about the tv remote, she INSISTED it worked fine even though it did not.

The room featured a skylight, REALLY enhancing the natural light and ambiance. Fresh towels were provided daily. Housekeeping kept everything super clean. It was definitely a good space if you are travelling with several large suitcases, as I was.

the room i got faced a real charming view. it showcased a junk yard, complete with old furniture just decaying away in a heap and i must say, the shower situation wasn't great. the shower door covered only about three-quarters of the opening, so the floor was always soaked after a shower. it was a real mess and not really ideal.

The front desk team was helpful. They stored my luggage before check-in. The location is fantastic. There is a tram stop just outside the doors. My room had a spacious bathroom and VERY comfortable beds. I found this particularly useful after long days.

This hotel is well-kept. The staff were notably helpful and friendly. I had enough tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer in the room. The television worked well and the shower was great. The location features easy access to transportation. I enjoyed that a cafe is right across the street.
My room was cold. The heater did not work properly and it made a loud noise. The windows let in air. The room smelled like silicone, and the towel in the bathroom had makeup stains.

the location was very good near the zoo. many restaurants are nearby, and the area has a really interesting feeling. the room was clean, and i like the shower and the bed. the value for money was appropriate.
the water pressure was low, and it was constantly changing. sometimes, there was no hot water at all. the reception staff did not explain how to use the partner parking option clearly. i payed 60 euros for parking, this felt a little disappointing.
