charming stay
helpful staff good variety easy access well maintained room
I found the staff consistently helpful. They were attentive to all requests. the breakfast included offered good variety each morning, i thought. the hotel's location near the canal provided easy access to key attractions. the double room with canal view was clean and well maintained .
The staircase was rather narrow, made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient. Though manageable.

the staff offered prompt service, always available at the reception to assist with directions. they also provided local tips, a gesture i appreciated. i found their attention genuinely enhanced my stay.

breakfast featured fresh pastries. i did appreciate the daily coffee service, it was available early. the café offered canal views, a good backdrop for morning meals, i felt.

the hotel sits within walking distance of major attractions. i noticed several cafes and shops nearby, very convenient, i thought. the canal-side setting added charm to my explorations.

helpful staff coffee machine rich breakfast
The staff were very helpful and professional. the family room included a mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom was super clean. breakfast was rich and delicious.
The air conditioning made a lot of noise. It did not provide enough cooling.
