quiet night friendly staff packed jam narrow staircase
My room was very quiet at night and pretty spacious. The breakfast each day was wonderful and the staff was so friendly. The location is GREAT making it easy to get to the city's wonderful sites.

Adequate stay with some issues
The included breakfast offered a variety of options. I found savory hams and cheeses, bread, and croissants available. The room was bright and clean, a pleasant atmosphere to return to after exploring..
The staircase was quite narrow and steep. I found it difficult to carry luggage up the stairs.

I found the staff consistently helpful. They were attentive to all requests. the breakfast included offered good variety each morning, i thought. the hotel's location near the canal provided easy access to key attractions. the double room with canal view was clean and well maintained .
The staircase was rather narrow, made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient. Though manageable.

the staff offered prompt service, always available at the reception to assist with directions. they also provided local tips, a gesture i appreciated. i found their attention genuinely enhanced my stay.

breakfast featured fresh pastries. i did appreciate the daily coffee service, it was available early. the café offered canal views, a good backdrop for morning meals, i felt.

the hotel sits within walking distance of major attractions. i noticed several cafes and shops nearby, very convenient, i thought. the canal-side setting added charm to my explorations.
