the location was very convenient to reach shops and restaurants. i received an upgrade to a larger room located on the second floor. the room was clean and ideal for my travel purposes. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

i stayed in a double room with a private bathroom for three nights the location was super central near the train station reception staff provided maps i found very helpful. the room had a comfy bed i slept soundly each night staff provided fresh towels. there were many nearby restaurants and shops. i liked the easy access to everything
the shower screen allowed some water to splash onto the floor

the location felt central, everything was so accessible. the staff were really cute, they assisted with our luggage up those charming stairs. it really seemed like a safe and secure place, particularly with the night security.
I did notice that the soundproofing could have been a bit better. I sometimes heard noises from the hallway.

It ensured our belongings remained secure. the cozy lobby provided a cute space to relax, with newspapers and tourist information available. there was also free wifi throughout the building, perfect for planning our daily adventures.

The staff were helpful and polite, always ready with a smile and assistance. check-in was efficient and easy, and the team provided local tips. They genuinely cared about us. room service was prompt, the food tasted very delicious.

The location is really central. I could walk to most places. the staff were very friendly and helpful (they always had a smile!). the room included tea and coffee, a nice touch.
The stairs are quite steep. It might be tricky with heavy luggage.
