The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I found the location convenient for visiting local spots, accessible on foot.

clean room decent storage great location
the room was quite clean. housekeeping came daily. the bed was comfy and storage space was decent. the location was great to a park, shops, cafes, and restaurants. public transport was also close.
the front desk isn't really a real reception desk.

pleasant stay with good amenities
polite staff complimentary minibar coffee maker fresh refreshment
the staff was polite at all times i appreciated the complimentary minibar with soda and beer provided in the room the coffee maker worked very well each day i found fresh fruit juice coffee and tea always available near the reception.
the hallway had a strange smell that was noticeable at times

central location comfortable bed daily housekeeping
The location was close to vondelpark, shops, and cafes. Public transport was also easily accessible. The room was somewhat small, but the bed proved very comfortable and provided adequate storage. Housekeeping came to clean daily.
The air conditioning was not working.
