mixed feelings about this stay
unexpected fee unhelpful staff
the stairs proved quite inconvenient, especially when managing luggage up three floors. also, i was charged an unexpected fee of 25 euros upon checking out. the reception staff were not particularly helpful in resolving this issue, frustrating. this definitely soured my overall experience at the hotel..

fantastic stay!
warm welcome split-level room comfortable bed super clean bathroom
I loved the super warm welcome i received. my split-level room, the comfy one, was just beautiful. the bed felt so comfortable, and the super clean bathroom featured an amazing shower. high-quality marie-stella-maris products (even the whole building smells like them!). a sweet welcome note was such a nice touch. the staff were especially kind. I really appreciated the lovely ladies in service.
the room wasn't cheap, but i feel the quality was definitely worth it!

the hotel's location provides easy access to nearby canals. it is convenient for exploring the area on foot. this made it simple to get around (i walked everywhere!) and visit different attractions.

every single employee greeted me with smiles each morning, which i appreciated. the staff worked well together, always helping each other out. i found this level of teamwork quite excellent and it definitely enhanced my stay.

the hotel features a stylish and warm atmosphere. i also found the restaurant area relaxing, upgraded with great music and delicious breakfast and coffee. the design created a cute environment that contributed positively to my experience.

Excellent Stay with Really good Staff
helpful staff excellent breakfast comfortable bed
the staff were helpful they mailed items i forgot in my room back to me. the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent i particularly enjoyed the variety. the bed was comfortable well appointed and perfect for restful nights.
the stairs were difficult with luggage since there isn't a lift.

late checkout rude reception
the stairs proved quite the workout, especially with luggage. i got charged extra for a late checkout, and the reception person was pretty rude about it! it felt unnecessary and left a sour taste after my stay, even with the comfy bed. this, and i wouldn't rush back because of the unnecessary fee, rude reception.
