Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues
sewage smell thin walls
The staff was helpful, and I could store my luggage after checking out.
My room had a noticeable sewage smell. It was quite unpleasant. The staircases lacked sufficient lighting, and this, especially at night. the walls seemed thin, as I could clearly hear noise from other guests.

convenient elevator warm atmosphere
i adored the convenience of the elevator for our luggage. the room had individual heating, it provided a warm and intimate atmosphere. i found it so easy to adjust the temperature to my liking. it was such a little touch that added to the feeling of being cared for.

Spacious and Convenient Stay
spacious room clean washroom friendly concierge
I found the room quite spacious with a nicely decorated high ceiling. The room and washroom were very clean. This detail is very important. Check-in was easy, and the concierge was friendly. I appreciated that the room had plenty of space (a relief after traveling).
The elevator wasn't working during my entire stay. This inconvenience made going up and down with luggage uncomfortable.

The accommodation is close to many bars and cafes (I particularly enjoyed the local pastries). A coffee machine in the room was helpful. It allowed for a quick caffeine fix before heading out.

The elevator to access upper floors was available. This provided convenience with luggage. The building itself is quite cute. I liked its architectural details. Leaving luggage after checkout was possible.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They provided useful advice. They helped me to navigate my adventure. It was great. João was particularly pleasant and helpful.

The location is great and central. It's within walking distance to the Time Out Market (a must-visit!). It is very close to Santos tram, bus, and train stops. It allows quick access to other areas.
