the check-in was easy because the staff were professional. reception answered my questions about what to do and provided a map with notes. i found my room comfortable and the location close to many neighborhoods and public transport.

The staff were very helpful in suggesting restaurants. the breakfast included lots of options and variety. The fresh fruit was particularly good. the location was convenient. Many shops were nearby.
there was no lobby upon entering, confusing at first. the lack of an elevator meant climbing several flights of stairs. i found some aspects of the room to be quite old.
