good size twin room decent shower easy access metro poor breakfast a c system window leak
The twin room was a good size. i also appreciated the shower. It worked well. the location provided convenient access to the metro, this was a plus.
The breakfast was not great, i thought it lacked taste. the air conditioning system was not working properly, i found this to be very uncomfortable. there was a leak in the window during rain. This was disappointing

helpful staff marble entrance parking garage
the staff was attentive and helpful i especially liked their restaurant suggestions the marble entrance looked nice it stretched through the bar area to the restaurant the parking garage was also convenient
the air conditioning system was old and struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature it was a general system for the entire building and felt weak

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . the off-street parking garage was a great benefit and provided secure parking. the room was quiet which allowed for restful sleep without disturbance from outside noise.
i noticed the air conditioning system seemed quite old. it impacted the overall comfort because i found it difficult to regulate the room temperature.

pleasant surprise
deep bath local pastries staff kindness
My room had a nice deep bath, it really make for a relaxing soak. the breakfast had many options i found good, especially the local pastries. i also liked staff kindness. They were always ready with smile.
the air conditioning seemed old, i couldn't adjust it well so i felt a little discomfort at times.

ineffective air conditioning narrow stairs
The air conditioning was not effective. I could not adjust the temperature and it made a lot of noise. This made sleeping difficult. The noise from adjacent rooms was also noticeable. Conversations and other sounds were easily heard. There was no direct elevator access to the parking area. I had to use narrow stairs with luggage.
