i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . the off-street parking garage was a great benefit and provided secure parking. the room was quiet which allowed for restful sleep without disturbance from outside noise.
i noticed the air conditioning system seemed quite old. it impacted the overall comfort because i found it difficult to regulate the room temperature.

My room had a nice deep bath, it really make for a relaxing soak. the breakfast had many options i found good, especially the local pastries. i also liked staff kindness. They were always ready with smile.
the air conditioning seemed old, i couldn't adjust it well so i felt a little discomfort at times.

The air conditioning was not effective. I could not adjust the temperature and it made a lot of noise. This made sleeping difficult. The noise from adjacent rooms was also noticeable. Conversations and other sounds were easily heard. I had to use narrow stairs with luggage.
