the staff helped a lot. i found the location pretty central, it really worked for me. breakfast included a variety of options and was nice. the room had a good temperature, so i slept well.

the room smelled a bit like smoke when i arrived, that was not great.

The air conditioning did not function properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm despite attempts to adjust the settings. the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety (i expected more choices).

The location was really handy. it was a quick walk to avenida liberdade and marques de pombal. the breakfast had a great selection, i liked the pastel de nata. i really appreciated that the staff was friendly and helpful. They really seemed to care.

The room i had it was kinda small with the courtyard view. It just had metal stairs showing. it wasn't the greatest scenery.
