the restaurant staff at breakfast were lovely. they were always friendly and cute to guests. the breakfast food was pretty good! the hotel was off the main street, yet close enough for easy access. i liked the spacious room and comfortable bed.

The breakfast buffet included plenty of fresh fruit. Pastries and made-to-order eggs were available and they tasted delicious. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, it felt great. The location offered easy access to local shops and restaurants around the city center.
The wifi signal was intermittent, requiring frequent reconnection.

the location is pretty good. it is close to shops and restaurants. the staff helped me with my luggage to the taxi rank. they also spoke to the driver to ensure i was settled in the taxi.
the wifi was disconnecting frequently. it was really annoying. there was no chance to switch off the bed lights. it was impossible to sleep with the light on.

the staff was very helpful. i especially appreciated assistance with luggage storage and directions. my room (superior double room) was super clean, the bed was enormous and comfortable. breakfast was tasty, i especially enjoyed the fresh omelettes and selection of fruit.
i did experience a small inconvenience, i could not find correct directions when arriving by car (google maps seemed to be inaccurate).
