The metro station IS directly across the street. This made transportation very easy. Soft towels were provided in abundance, which i appreciated after long days. I found a minimarket and several restaurants near the hotel.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

i loved this place! its location is awesome, its directly across from the metro. i got easy access to the city! i found some great coffee shops just across the street. the room has big soft bath towels! it.
the hotel doesnt have enough milk for tea and coffee at all hours. i asked reception to bring some, they refused! i called again and again, it was annoying.

the hotel included a gym. the gym had several treadmills. you could also buy snacks and soft drinks from a vending machine. that was helpful for late night cravings.

the hotel is close to a metro station. the metro provided easy access to the airport! there were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. a big shopping center is within walking distance too.

I found some aspects less than ideal. The absence of a functional bar was disappointing. Instead, there was only a snack and soft drink vending machine. This setup does not align with what one expects from a hotel of this purported caliber. I noticed the absence of pork products and alcoholic beverages. This is an important detail for potential guests to consider.

the metro station sits right across from the hotel providing convenient access to the city. el corte ingles department store is a quick five minute walk away. my room was spacious and the room was impeccably clean. the hotel staff were helpful and cute .

the soundproofing was really bad i could hear everything from neighboring rooms the tv was too small to watch comfortably from the bed even the remote barely worked at that distance i would not rate this place as a true four-star hotel based on this stay

I found that the breakfast selection was rather limited. the pastries tasted stale. the lack of variety became quite monotonous after a few days. the gym was also smaller than i anticipated and it lacked essential equipment. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
