“This hotel strikes me as a practical choice in Lisbon, especially for those needing quick airport access and proximity to the São Sebastião metro. While some rooms might suffer from thin walls and spotty Wi-Fi, the hotel's core appeal lies in its refurbished, modern aesthetic and staff known for being both friendly and efficient, which I find a worthwhile trade-off. It's a solid base for exploring, with the Gulbenkian Museum and Eduardo VII Park nearby.”

convenient transportation soft towels nearby restaurants
The metro station IS directly across the street. This made transportation very easy. Soft towels were provided in abundance, which i appreciated after long days. I found a minimarket and several restaurants near the hotel.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

i loved this place! its location is awesome, its directly across from the metro. i got easy access to the city! i found some great coffee shops just across the street. the room has big soft bath towels! it.
the hotel doesnt have enough milk for tea and coffee at all hours. i asked reception to bring some, they refused! i called again and again, it was annoying.

Acceptable, but Some Issues Need Addressing
absent bar limited beverages
I found some aspects less than ideal. The absence of a functional bar was disappointing. Instead, there was only a snack and soft drink vending machine. This setup does not align with what one expects from a hotel of this purported caliber. I noticed the absence of pork products and alcoholic beverages. This is an important detail for potential guests to consider.

charmed stay!
metro station convenient access perfect room helpful staff
the metro station sits right across from the hotel providing convenient access to the city. el corte ingles department store is a quick five minute walk away. my room was spacious and the room was impeccably clean. the hotel staff were helpful and cute .
the towels were surprisingly thin for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
Service
9/10
the reception was friendly and helpful, especially the doorman and the porter. i appreciated the attentiveness shown by the staff throughout my visit. they made my arrival and departure very smooth.
Location
9/10
The hotel boasts proximity to metro stations. I found several within a couple minutes walking distance. the surrounding area offers a selection of nice restaurants and bars. this location makes accessing other parts of the city easy.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast included lots of fresh fruit and pastries. I particularly loved the fresh orange juice. gluten-free options exist if requested in advance. I made that request. i found a reasonable variety for a four-star hotel.

mediocre stay with some disappointments
poor soundproofing small tv
the location was convenient near a metro station
the soundproofing was really bad i could hear everything from neighboring rooms the tv was too small to watch comfortably from the bed even the remote barely worked at that distance i would not rate this place as a true four-star hotel based on this stay

I found that the breakfast selection was rather limited. the pastries tasted stale. the lack of variety became quite monotonous after a few days. the gym was also smaller than i anticipated and it lacked essential equipment. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
