a tender moment in the city's heart
charming hotel attentive cleaning effective air
I discovered a charming hotel near liberdade avenue. It felt intimate! the staff accommodated a first-floor room request, perfect as i dislike elevators. i found the air conditioning surprisingly effective and each day the room received attentive cleaning.
The breakfast choices felt a little limited. seating scarcity meant waiting for an available table which was inconvenient during peak hours. It was not a good start to the morning.

breakfast had a good spread. it featured a good assortment of pastries and fresh fruit. the coffee was rich and aromatic, complemented perfectly by the selection of local jams and honey. the dining area was airy, with soft music.

the hotel provided complimentary nata every day in the lobby which was a sweet treat. fresh fruit-infused water was always available beside the nata! the lobby offered comfortable seating which was perfect.

The location was central! it was near a shopping district and various restaurants , made exploring easy. the hotel sat just off liberdade avenue. It was close to the rossio train station.

junior suite castle view convenient location
My Junior Suite had a balcony. It offered a great view of the castle. The hotel's location is convenient, about 15 to 20 minutes' walk to the city centre. Shops and supermarkets nearby provided easy access to necessities.
The air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud and seemed dated. The elevators moved slowly and felt somewhat shaky. Reception staff maintained a polite demeanor but did not seem overly engaging.

The room featured a large, comfortable bed. A well-equipped bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower cabin. A fitness room and a sauna were available to guests within the premises.

helpful staff comfortable bed separate shower
the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. the room had a comfortable bed and nice linens. i liked the separate shower and tub in the bathroom.
the garage door was very narrow and my suv did not fit. this made parking inconvenient. i had to find alternative parking nearby.

The breakfast was good with variety of food. the staff was really good. They was friendly. the room and facilities were beautiful and clean.
The aircon was very loud and old. It make much noise. the lifts was slow. It felt a bit wobbly, i not like it. the lobby was quite average, i thought it was a bit plain.

the staff was helpful. i received a complimentary birthday cake. the room was clean when i arrived.
the pillows felt old. the shower had some dirt in the corners. the hotel appears basic for a hotel aiming for five stars.
