the room was spacious enough and the location was very convenient, close to the metro.
the breakfast service was really disappointing! the staff seemed stingy, and i didn't feel very welcome. it's a shame because the variety of food seemed good, but the atmosphere made it less enjoyable.

I liked the super clean hotel. It was obvious they take pride in cleanliness. The location is very convenient. It is a two-minute walk to a Metro station called Parque.

The hotel is clean. It really stood out to me! The downstairs bar and restaurant were great. They were comfortable and stayed open all day and evening! I appreciated the large bathroom. It had a shower over the bath.
The corridor on the 13th floor had a strong musty smell. I think the carpet is quite old and stained. I also saw a small cockroach on the work desk in my room! It wasn't ideal.

The location is close to many good restaurants and cafes. A supermarket is within walking distance. Getting around is easy because public transport is close too!

the staff at reception proved friendly. the location seemed good. i found it near the metro and some shops. it's clean, and i liked the chocolates on the pillows when I arrived. there was even complimentary water.
