kinda underwhelming for the price
small elevator ripped carpet
my room, a classic double room, felt surprisingly cramped. i mean, i get it, city hotels arent huge, but this was pushing it. also, the elevators speed left something to be desired. i think a brisk walk up the stairs might been quicker, but those stairs needed new carpet anyway.

good breakfast friendly staff great location small room limited space poor soundproofing
the location suited me just great. it was near the main attractions. the staff were very nice and helpful. i found the breakfast to be good with various options. cleaning happened everyday.
the room i had was small. it had very little space for hanging clothes and other items. i asked for a kettle at the reception. i learned that they do not provide those. the soundproofing wasnt so good.

ideal location helpful staff complimentary breakfast
the location proved ideal near key attractions and dining options i found the staff very accommodating. they helped arrange transportation to the airport i enjoyed the cleanliness of the room it was super clean upon arrival. i also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was available each morning.
the elevator was quite small it barely fit two people with luggage this made moving between floors a bit inconvenient i hope they address it in the future

central location helpful staff available reception small room limited hanging space limited breakfast selection
the location was central. i found i could easily walk to many attractions (i especially loved the proximity to the santa justa lift). the staff were genuinely helpful and always available at reception.
My room was quite small. i also noticed limited hanging space for clothes (i only stayed a few nights, so it wasn't a huge issue). the breakfast selection felt somewhat limited. I wished there were more hot options available.
