Charming Stay Near the Iconic Lift
cute staff effective air conditioning breakfast selection
The reception staff were cute. My room included effective air conditioning, a must for warm weather. The provided breakfast offered a selection overlooking the street. I found the staff to be helpful, especially with local recommendations.
My room had limited space for storing clothes. This.

kinda underwhelming for the price
small elevator ripped carpet
my room, a classic double room, felt surprisingly cramped. i mean, i get it, city hotels arent huge, but this was pushing it. also, the elevators speed left something to be desired. i think a brisk walk up the stairs might been quicker, but those stairs needed new carpet anyway.

the room i had was small. it had very little space for hanging clothes and other items. i asked for a kettle at the reception. i learned that they do not provide those. the soundproofing wasnt so good.

central location helpful staff available reception small room limited hanging space limited breakfast selection
the location was central. i found i could easily walk to many attractions (i especially loved the proximity to the santa justa lift). the staff were genuinely helpful and always available at reception.
My room was quite small. i also noticed limited hanging space for clothes (i only stayed a few nights, so it wasn't a huge issue). the breakfast selection felt somewhat limited. I wished there were more hot options available.
