the staff greeted me with warm smiles and helpful suggestions. the location was a peaceful escape, near a lovely park i visited daily. the room always felt wonderfully clean, a haven after exciting days of adventure. i enjoyed the hotel's easy access to public transport, it made exploring simple.
The elevator was a little slow. I sometimes used the stairs when i was not in a hurry.

the location was acceptable since it offered easy access to nearby attractions.
the shower temperature was inconsistent. it fluctuated between hot and cold without warning. this made showering unpleasant and difficult to manage. i expect a stable water temperature.

I appreciated the hotel's great location near public transport. This made exploring very simple. The room had blackout curtains, and I slept wonderfully. I was also very happy with the tea and coffee facilities in the room.
I found that the TV had limited English channels.

the room was super clean and really comfortable. lily and the front desk staff were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful, and had some great suggestions (i love helpful staff!). i will definitely stay here again.
the air conditioning wasn't working, so sleeping was a bit difficult because of the heat.

the staff provided excellent advice about local sights and some of the lesser-known spots around town, really valuable for exploring. check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. the staff also speaks multiple languages.

the hotel has an excellent location close to the metro station. it is also near the train station, shops, and many dining options. i was able to walk to many tourist spots, restaurants, and stores. everything was very easy to access.

the hotel offers facilities at sister hotels nearby, which gives guests even more options (i did not use the pool, but it seemed great!). i noticed taxi pick-up service was always available. the premises looked well kept and presentable.
