non-functional ac unit
The staff was helpful. They took care of our luggage until our room was ready. It allowed us to explore the area.
The hotel stay began poorly due to a non-functional AC unit in the first room assigned. I requested a queen size bed, I didn't get it. They said they would provide a fan. This was disappointing and not what I expected.

the staff allowed early check-in due to my travel time, so THAT was greatly appreciated. the room was clean, and the beds were VERY good. i found the price matched the value, and i was happy.

the staff was friendly enough.
the room was quite small (i barely had space to move around). there was only one chair, inconvenient when i wanted to relax a bit. some leftover coffee and tea from a previous guest were also present. the bathroom wasn't as clean as it could've been.

EXCELLENT stay!

The location was superb. It was near public transport and sightseeing. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful (available 24/7 at the front desk). I felt SAFE walking through the neighborhood day and night. The room had everything you could need.
The neighborhood outside the hotel had a lot of homeless people. It made the area look dirty and messy. I did not experience problems with the people, though.

The room was tidy and clean everyday. The bed was comfortable and i slept soundly (i needed that!). A safe was available so I could leave my valuables.

Breakfast was clean and well presented. The options were a bit limited but still nice. The staff was actively cleaning and restocking food during breakfast hours.
