a tender stay near the heart
central location helpful contact neat room kind staff
i found the location quite central, perfect for exploring. the gentleman at reception was kind and gave me helpful contact information, i felt safer because of it. the room was neat, and the staff was always quick to assist, their kindness a lovely thing to encounter. i appreciated the clean space after long days.
the room could have been a little bigger, but it was a small issue, considering all the positives i experienced. it did not affect my experience too much.

the double room included a large double bed with soft pillows. i also saw a closet with hangers. there was a small desk and chair available for writing and work.

the hotel is close to many attractions with a short walk. a metro stop gives convenient access. the bus to the airport also stops nearby. this makes getting around easy.

An Okay Hotel in the City Center
helpful staff good location steep hill early noise
The location was good. I could easily walk to the city center. The staff was nice and helpful too. They even stored my luggage after I checked out. I appreciated that convenience.
The hotel was up on a hill. It was quite a task to walk there. I also woke to the noise of a garbage truck and workers talking loudly at 2 AM. It was very disruptive.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

Ricardo provided useful tips for exploring the city. I left my luggage in the hotel's storage room after checkout. This helped a lot. The hotel offered convenient access to both Príncipe Real and the city center. Tiago (from the staff) gave great restaurant recommendations and kept me updated.
The elevators were quite small. I felt a bit claustrophobic in one of them.

The room had air conditioning and soap and shower gel. There was a good view overlooking the city from my room, and I appreciated having a 24-hour reception service available (very convenient).

I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on it. the area had multiple restaurants and bars. This made it easy to find dining options and I felt secure walking home at night.

i stayed four nights and i found the location excellent. the staff was very helpful with directions. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the clean bedding.
the lifts were tiny. this presented an inconvenience when carrying luggage to the room. the small size made the process a little challenging.
