blackout curtains fresh fruit helpful staff
The Double or Twin Room had blackout curtains, a nice addition. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh fruit (especially the melon!). The staff were helpful in providing directions to local attractions.

faulty air conditioning no coffee capsules
the breakfast met expectations.
the air conditioning in my suite did not function adequately. humidity caused condensation on the windows, resulting in a cold room at night. additionally, i found the lack of complimentary coffee capsules in a suite to be rather poor (especially for the price).

a decent stay
massive bed firm mattress good bedsheets quality bedsheets nice blackout curtains coffee sachets unreplaced towels missing toilet rolls
the bed was massive with a firm mattress. bedsheets were good quality. blackout curtains were also a nice touch.
the two sachets of coffee supplied on arrival were never replenished during my three night stay. towels were not replaced. toilet rolls were also not replaced.

small fridge clean bathroom helpful staff
The room included a small fridge I used for storing drinks the bathroom was clean I found that helpful. The staff provided assistance whenever I needed it I am grateful for this. The hotel is near public transport this made getting to places easy.
The breakfast was adequate but not excellent it was ordinary.

Excellent Stay with Helpful Staff
attentive person luggage storage cleaning staff nice air conditioning
Mario was great. He was helpful and attentive. He deserves recognition. Luggage storage was helpful. The cleaning staff always did a great job (I left a note thanking them). The air conditioning worked very well during the heatwave.
I sometimes heard ambulances during the night due to a nearby hospital. I did expect this in a city environment though.

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices for the guests. The coffee was excellent (especially in the morning). The staff refilled the options quickly. I found the dining experience satisfactory.

The room was lovely, clean, quiet and spacious. It had all I needed . The shower tray needed replacing but everything else was in perfect order. I found it very pleasant.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport. It is close to public transport options. There are many shops in the area, including ALDI and LIDL. I found the area to be very safe.
