The location was wonderful. Bus and metro access made exploring the city easy. a raman restaurant next door offered a convenient dining option. the staff allowed luggage storage after checkout, a huge plus.
The shower could have used a small shelf. There was no place for shampoo.

The staff was attentive at breakfast. they regularly topped up items, and it was an excellent selection. the staff was very helpful. They were very attentive to the needs of guests. the room also was clean.
The bathroom was small, though it was a suite. the shower was small too. the shower lacked a handheld showerhead and shower caps. Therefore, one could not avoid wetting their hair. also, there was no bidet, so it was very inconvenient.

The staff was AMAZING!!! They were always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. They gave great tips about where to go and how to get there, always making me feel welcome. Breakfast included a gluten-free option and many delicious selections. The bar and restaurant had great food and drink choices, too! This made it a super meeting spot.
The shower closure had a slight leak and made the bathroom floor wet.
